Abstract
The application of desulphurization residues in the cement industry was studied in this article.The results obtained showed that the desulphurization residues containing a number of CaSO_3 may be used as a retarder,and be better by adding with gypsum.By the way of controlling the ratio between desulphurization residues and gypsum to modulate the cement setting time effectively,in this case,it not only did not effect the cement stability but also could enhance the strength of cement mortar and reduce the amount of water needed under the condition of normal consistency of cement.
