Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between change of skin-window cells response and the capability of anti-infection in patients with leukopenia.Method:Skin-window test was studied in 38 patients with primary leukopenia before teartment,15patients with primary leukopenia after treatment and 30 healthy controls.Their skin window response functions were also compared.Result:Compared with healthy controls, 23( 60.5%) of 38 patients with primary leukopenia had same skin-window cells response.There was no significant difference (P 0.05) in leucocytic provocative reaction.Compared with patients before treatment,9 of 15 patients were significantly different,6 were not significantly different.Conclusion:The change of skin-window cells response may predict the capability of anti-infection in patients with leukopenia.It was not certained that the capability of anti-infection would low in patients with leukopenia.
