Abstract
Advances in the catalysts for selective hydrogenation of crotonaldehyde to crotyl alcohol were reviewed, including active components, carriers, promoters and precursors. It was pointed out that further researches should be focused on polymerstabilized metal nanoclusters catalysts, selective hydrogenation over zeolite and carbon nanotubes, rareearth metal as promoters, study on shapeselective hydrogenation using insitu IR spectrum technique, and development of new base metal catalysts and atmosphericpressure fixedbed continuous hydrogenation processes.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
