Abstract

A new technology on vanadium extraction from stone-coal by acid leaching under oxygen pressure is investigated. The results show that the more than 90% of vanadium leaching rate is achieved by two-step oxygen pressure acid leaching process in condition of leaching time for 3~4h,temperture at 150℃,liquid-solid ratio 1.2∶1 and ore particle size -0.074mm.
