Abstract

Freedom of contract is the quintessencel and basic principle of the modern con- tract law. The united contract law of our country affirms the principle of freedom of con- tract. The issue of New Contract Law of our country and the confirmation of freedom of contract no doubt have their important meaning and will produce profound influence on the socialist economic construction of our country.
