How to train new tutors of graduate students before being on duty

Abstract
Recently,the scale of graduate students recruitment has become larger than ever.In response to the increasing,the tutor group has been gradually enlarged.By training before being on duty,the tutor of graduate students could be familiar with all the various links in the education as soon as possible.It is helpful for them to develop the training work of graduate students smoothly.According to the way of gaining the qualification,which permits a tutor to advise graduate students,some suggestions have been made for putting the training in practice.
