Abstract
Melting the network civilization into campus civilization construction,we should enrich and perfect campus civilization,and particularly study the influence and the requirement to the campus civilization construction of open education under the socialism market economy condition,and positively explore the new way of open education campus civilization construction,and promote the rapid development of campus civilization.
