Abstract
Based on the mechanism of free radical polymerization, graft copolymerization andcrosslinking reaction, a superabsorbent resin is prepared from starch and acrylamide. It is fit forspring sowing crop such as the corn etc. The effects of several factors such as the ratio of monomerand starch, crosslinking agent, initiator, hydrolysis reaction and nitrogen on the properties of thesuperabsorbent resin were discussed.
