Abstract
To improve the combination mechanical properties of forcing press frame, this paper takes the JM36-250 straight side press of as an example, and takes advantage of finite element analysis software ANSYS,applies FEM to analyze the model of static and dynamic on the creation of three-dimensional model,of which the results can be used to the analysis software COSMOSXpress of the solidworks to carry out structural optimization of the local size of the press frame.By the analysis and optimization of the frame,it provides great reference value to lightening design of press frame for reducing frame weight.
