Abstract
Objective: EMG tests on three different squat modes to explore the rationality of action in different modes, to provide a theoretical basis for teaching and training. Methods: In this paper, use documents, experiments and mathematical statistics EMG test comparison of different modes to analysis. Results: The first operation mode and second operation mode compared to the vastus medialis, rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, gluteus maximus very significant difference(P 0.01), biceps femoris significant difference(P 0.05). The first operation mode and third operation mode compared to the vastus medialis, rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, gluteus maximus very significant difference(P 0.01), biceps femoris significant difference(P 0.05). The second operation mode and third operation mode compared to the vastus medialis, gluteus maximus very significant difference(P 0.01), rectus femoris, vastus lateralis significant difference(P 0.05), biceps femoris no significant difference(P 0.05). Conclusion: Three different modes of squat vastus lateralis, vastus medialis, biceps femoris, gluteus maximus integrated EMG values showed significant differences, the third operation mode is better than the other two operation modes. Squat stressed that the hip active contraction of the muscles in order to enhance the role of the lower extremity strength.
