Abstract
The fermentation conditions including medium compositions and culture conditions by Micrococcus roseus were studied which affected biomass and enzymes activities on maltooligosyltrehalose synthase(MTSase) and maltooligosyltrehalose trehalohydrolase(MTHase) The result showed that the optimal medium contained glucose 2.0%, yeast extraction 2.0%, peptone 1.0%, K 2HPO 4·3H 20 0.1%, MgSO 4·7H 2O 0.05%. 15% spores and 50ml medium volumn were inculated in 250ml Erlenmeyer flask. And the optimal culture condition was initial pH 7.5~8.5, temperature 30℃, for 4 days.Under the optimized the medium and culture conditions, the biomass was increased from 1.938g/l to 18.5g/l and the enzyme activity enhance from 30.64U/g to 206.11U/g.
