Abstract

The performance of adsorption and desorption of flavonoids from Capillaris with DM-130 macroporous resins was studied. The three factions including of adsorption time, solid to liquid and extraction concentration that influence on adsorption rate of DM-130 were also studied and the desorption rate of ethanol concentration was achieved The results showed that DM-130 resin can be used to isolate and purify flavonoids from Capillaris, the optimal static adsorption condition was at 15∶ 1 of solid to liquid (W/V) ,2. 5 of dilution ratio (0.78 g/L of the extraction concentration) and 3 h of adsorption time; and the optimal static desorption condition was at 70% of ethanol concentration, the desorption rate can be reached to 88. 35% .
