Abstract

Although Qing Dynasty had actively made the effort to improve the relationship with Li Dynasty after it set up the national government, Li Dynasty still held the strong attachment to Ming Dynasty. It acknowledge the newly built Qing Dynasty superficially, but made the underground activities in order to overthrow Qing Dynasty, and cooperated its activities with the reactionary force within Qing Dynasty. Li Dynasty gradually changed its hostile attitude towards Qing Dynasty along with the continuous stability of Qing Dynasty and under the effort of Qing Dynasty to improve the relation with it.
