Analysis of Employment Idea of Current College Students——Based on a Survey of Three Universities in Xinjiang

Abstract

Currently,college students' employment has become the focus of attention in society.There are many kinds of factors which restrict employment of college students.That employment education is strengthened from understanding employment idea of current college students,will play an important part in promoting employment of college students.This article,making full use of method of survey,deeply studied the idea of employment of college students through investigating college students in three universities in Xinjiang with hoping to provide employment education of college students with useful suggestions.
