Abstract

By using the method of sulfuric acid DC anodic oxidation, the surface of 6063 Aluminum Alloy is strengthened. The influence of corrosion time, corrosion temperature and the concentration of the etching solution to the corrosion resistance of oxide film is analyzed by orthogonal experiment. The weight increase and deepest pitting of 6063 Aluminum Alloy is analyzed by the range analysis. It is shown that the biggest influencing factor of the corrosion behavior of 6063 Aluminum Alloy is corrosion time, followed by the temperature and then the concentration of the etching solution under the condition of copper accelerated acetic acid salt spray corrosion. The main feature of aluminum alloy after anodizing is pitting and the deepest pitting is 180.79μm under the condition of 72h、35℃、3% etching solution concentration. But that of original sample is uniform corrosion. Therefore, the improvement of anodic oxidation film to uniform corrosion is more than that of pitting.
