Intranasal Endoscopic Management of Sinonasal Inverted Papilloma

Abstract

Objective To study the cases selection and the curative effect of the sinonasal inverted papilloma.Methods Totally 24 patients suffered from sinonasal inverted papilloma and treated by endoscopic surgery were analyzed retrospectively.Results 2 of 24 cases had recurred within the period of follow-up between one year to three years.The recurrent rate was 8.3%.Conclusion The results of treating Krouse Ⅰ~Ⅱ stage sinonasal inverted papilloma were satisfactory.
