Abstract
why do we develop greatly on the market-economy in socialism system? The writer thinks that it is objective demand that the developing of higher professional education is the developing of market economy and thriving our country through science and education, and clarifies its importance of developing by oriented analysis on higher professional education. The paper discusses the developing direction of higher professional education from two aspects: the character of higher education and the way of three invocation and one compensation.
