Abstract

The experiment was carried out in field where available phosphorus level in 0~20 cm soil layer was 16.5 mg/kg.The results showed as follows: Treatment P_1(75 kg P_2O_5/hm~2) increased grain protein content and prolonged the dough development time and dough stability time and improved valorimenter value and the processing quality significantly, but treatment P_2(105 kg P_2O_5/hm~2) decreased the processing quality. Also the treatments of phosphorus applied promoted the accumulation of nitrogen in wheat and reduced the accumulation of NO_3~——N in 0~1 m layer soil, which reduced rapidly with the increasing of phosphorus rate applied. In addition, the yield increased with phosphorus applied, but the yield of both treatments of phosphorus applied had no significant difference. However the nitrogen efficiency decreased significantly with the amount of phosphorus applied increasing.
