Abstract

Over the past decade P91 steel has been applied in main steam pipeline of our large power stations extensively for its better comprehensive performance of high-temperature.The main steampipe,reheat hot steam pipe,boiler super heater outlet box for thermal power stations in 300MW Unit in-stalling are made with P91 steel.To guarantee welding and soldering quality of P91 steel pipeline,weldibility of P91 new type heat resistant steel is analyzed.Then welding process is established including welding method selection,welding materials selection as well as welding process specification,which is applied to practice and is verified with better results.Based on practical experience,welding characteristics,welding process and soldering skills are expounded in it,which is provided with directive significance for P91 steel welding.
