Effect analysis on two methods in the treatment of the perianal abscess

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect between incision-thread-drawing procedure and incision and drainage of the treatment on Perianal abscess. Methods:We retrospectively analyzed clinical data from this disease,randomly accepted incision-thread-drawing procedure(therapied group,n=38) and incision and drainage(control group,n=22) ,then compare the effect. Results:The recurrence rate,anal fistula incidence and wound surface healing time of the patients of therapied group were lower than that of control group obviously(P0.05) . Conclusion:It is suggested that incisionthread-drawing procedure can be primarily performed,lower the abscess recurrence and anal fistula incidence,which not only shorten treatment course,but also reduce pain of patients. The incision-thread-drawing procedure is a good method of perianal abscess therapy.
