Clinical Analysis of 96 Cases with Craniocerebral Trauma

Abstract

Objective: To study and evaluate the therapy of severe craniocerebral trauma in order to minimize the rates of death and disability.Methods:96 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma were treated operatively and non-operatively.Results:69 cases survived and 10 cases were disabled (disability rate was 10.42%) .27 cases died (death rate was 28.13%).Conclusion:Because this kind of trauma is very severe and the condition of injure is complicated and changeable, so it is important to select the effective thera- py.
