Effect of Shenfu injection in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure clinical observation of 38 cases

Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy of Shenfu injection in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure clinical curative effect.Methods 78 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group (38 cases) and control group (40 cases).The treatment group was combined with Shenfu injection.All of the patients before and after treatment,monitoring of heart function,left ventricular ejection fraction,recording an electrocardiogram,heart rate variability.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.05),Two groups after treatment with LVEF significantly improved(P 0.05).LVEF in the treatment group improved significantly higher than those in control group (P 0.05).Conclusion Shenfu injection in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure clinical observation.
