Abstract

Using the videos,the official technical statistics and the on-the-spot investigation of the Shanghai World Championships,the paper analyzes the Chinese team's technical state and the extended fitness state at the 2011 Shanghai World Championship finals and then researches the fitness reserve needed for the Chinese team to perform well at the 2012 London Olympic Games.The results show that: the Chinese team was equipped with strong physical reserves before the Shanghai World Championships;there existed a phenomenon of volatile distribution of physical strength in the competitions;in the matching of each energy band,sugar anaerobic ability remained to be further improved.Suggestions,in the preparation of the 2012 London Olympic Games we should:(1) further increase physical reserves;(2) strengthen the training of the energy supply of glycolysis on the basis of further improving the aerobic ability;(3) improve the players' ability of physical distribution in the game;and(4) improve the executing arm ability.
