The clinical analysis of comprehensive treatment for Ib to stage IIb cervical cancer patients

Objective To explore the efficacy of combined treatment of cervical cancer.Methods 316 cases of Ib to stage Ⅱb cervical cancer patients were included in the study.193 patients underwent preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy.All patients received radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection,postoperative patients with risk factors were added with radiotherapy or chemotherapy.All patients were given immunotherapy and the treatment effect was analyzed.Results All patients after chemotherapy to surgical requirements and all patients are able to successfully remove the lesion and reached a wide enough range,postoperative radiotherapy,chemotherapy and immunotherapy.The patients rarely relapsed.Conclusion The combined treatment of cervical cancer has obvious short-term effect and no serious adverse reactions.
