Abstract
Macrocapsule composed of polyamide and polyurea was prepared by interficial polymerization. The diameters of macrocapsules are between 0.5mm to 2mm.By changing the ratio of the reagent, macrocapsule having different characteristics were prepared. The effect of reactant ratio and stirring speed on capsule diameter was studied.Capsule mechanical strength was compared by laboratory method.Using alcohol as the extractant, the release process of the low volatile medicine in liquid phase and that of high volatile medicine in gas phase were studied by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The results show that macrocapsule having compact wall and long-term release characteristics can be prepare by this method.
