Abstract

Three Concepts-Industrialization,Informatization and Modernization were put forward the first time when the 16th China Communist Party Convention was held.As one of the effective ways of solving the Farming Countryside and Peasantry Issue,the construction of Rural Informatization should be the centre of our targets,and we should seize the opportunities.The article introduces the basic concept of Rural Informatization,some problems during the process of construction of Rural Informatization,and some ways to untangle the problems.
