Abstract

Two forms of Ridge estimator for Mixed-Effect Coefficient Linear Model is given in the case of repeatedly measured data.It is proved that the new estimator dominant LSE under MSE.Admissibility of the new estimator is discussed. The best estimator of ridge parameter is introduced.
