Abstract
In this paper we study dynamic behaviour of generalized cellular neural networks.First we estabilish a necessary and sufficient condition ensuring existence and uniqueness of the equilibrium for the generalized cellular neural networks with delay using the degree theory.Then new conditions which guarantee the global exponential stability of the equilibrium for the generalized cellular neural networks with delay are given.
