Abstract
This paper introduce the concept of the measurement uncertainty, the principle of psychrometer, calibration of hygrometer The characteristic of the application of hygrometer in environmental testing equipment. Also introduce the principle and characteristic of psychrometer, finally put forward my opinion about the analysis.
