Abstract
Eight chinese crude drugs were seleted in prescriptions for TCM's black hair. Their water and ethanolic extracts were tested respectively. The activition of them with respect to mushroom tyrosinase were analyzed. Experimental results indicated that : Water and ethanolic extracts's colors had marked difference, and their respective activity to activate mushroom tyrosinase concern concentration. Among them the activation ratio water extracts of Terminalia chebula Retz Prunella Vulgavic L. Seamum indicum L. Eclipta prostrata L . Tribulus terrestris L. Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. Were 68.97%,169.89%,54.41%,31.03%,64.13%,19.31%,17.24%, respectively. The activation ratio of ethanolic extracts for Terminalia chebula Retz Prunella Vulgaris L. Eclipta prostrata L. Polygonum multif lorum Thunb, Psoralea corylifolia L. Were 38.62%, 48.97%, 34.48%, 86.90%, 62.07%, respectively.
