Abstract
Modern information technology is the combination of computer hardware technology and modern communication technology. Applying information technology in tourism economy and industrial development strategy is the essential means to improve their core competitiveness. Developing the information technology in tourism has become a necessity requirement of the time and the positive choice of industrial development. The reform of information technology has made great differences in all aspects of social and economic life. The application of information technology has led to the development of the tourism information,which in clues the performance of the tourism ecommerce and the rebuilding of the tourism structure. Considering tourism as a whole,the essay does some research on the present cases of the tourism information technology.
