Abstract
Established microwave digestion-sensitizing surfactants-flame atomic absorption spectrometry of trace zinc in Mongolian milk tea method. The results showed that when the surfactant Tween-80 exist to measure zinc absorption increased by 13.6 times.La solution for the release agent to eliminate the interference of the matrix material.Determined zinc in the Mongolian milk tea,the RSD values is 0.96%,recovery 96.8% ~ 102.0% between. This method is used for tea in Mongolia Zn determination with satisfactory results.
