Abstract
Based on the analysis of research materials about copyright problems in the construction of digital library inside and outside, this paper probes into copyright protection in the procedure of operation, management and functional realization of digital library, especially from the view of information resources construction. It also studies copyright protection manners of information resources construction in digital library.
