Abstract
The optimization of oxygen delignification boosted by a complex additive was discussed in this paper. As the delignification rate and reduction rate of viscosity after oxygen bleaching were considered, the optimal conditions were as follow: additive OB 0.05%,alkali charge 3%,MgSO4 charge 0.6%,temperature 80~90℃,reaction time 40min,oxygen pressure 0.5MPa.The bamboo pulp with high delignification and low reduction rate of viscosity was obtained at the optimal condition.
