Abstract
Annealed 1060 pure aluminum was processed for accumulative roll bonding test. The effects of passes on tensile strength, elongation, microhardness and plasticity of the materials were investigated.TEM,tensile test and microhardness test were used to analyze the reasons. The results show that the grain size was refined after several passes rolling;the ultra-fined grains increased after 7 passes rolling, and the grain size can be 500nm.The tensile strength and the microhardness were improved as well.
