Abstract
This paper introduces the present situation,problems and features of the flood-fighting of the mountain cities,expounds the principles of formulating the design scheme of the flood-fighting plan of the mountain cities,and puts forward the division of Shanxi's urban flood-fighting system and flood-control scheme.
