Clinical Efficacy Evaluation about Kaiweilipi Oral Liquid on Functional Dyspepsia with Spleen Deficiency and Qi Stagnation

[Objective] To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Kaiweilipi oral liquid treating spleen deficiency and qi stagnation functional dyspepsia.[Methods]49 patients were divided into two groups Randomly.The patients(n=24) in treatment group received Kaiweilipi oral liquid and patients(n=25) in control group received Kaiweilipi pill.Then,the efficacies of gastric emptying and TCM syndrome were observed.[Results]Kaiweilipi oral liquid can improve the gastric emptying of patients whose syndrome is spleen deficiency and qi stagnation with statistical significance(P0.05).And it can also better the clinical syndromes such as gastrectasis and abdominal distension,abdominal pain,anorexia,early satiety especially with statistical significance(P0.01).But the clinical efficacy of Kaiweilipi oral liquid and Kaiweilipi pill has no difference with comparison(P0.05).Adverse events didn't take place in either group during the trial.[Conclusion]Kaiweilipi oral liquid can improve the gastric emptying and better the clinical syndromes of the patients.It will be the common drugs for FD patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation.
