Abstract

Constructing class-level party is the product of times and requirement of the reform.It not only innovates and strengthens the construction of grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities in the new era but also displays the theoretical quality of keeping up with the times and the time spirit of exploration and innovation.Constructing class-level party branches is one of the innovative systematic projects of party construction in colleges and universities,which is theoretical and practical,prospective and realistic.Of course,there are problems in the operation of class-level party branches.Therefore,we should make improvements in practice,properly deal with the relationship between party branches and classes and set up long-term mechanisms for class-level party branch construction.
