Discussion on conversion appraisal of science awards——a new transcending for appraisal paradigms of universalism and social constructivism

Science reward appraisal paradigms of universalism and social constructivism have many differences in philosophy idea,theoretical basis and viewpoint long-term.Academic circles often have little achievement in transcending two science reward appraisal paradigms because of their theory model's huge difference.The conversion appraisal considers science reward appraisal from a new perspective,it appraises multi-dimensional and dynamic,but also transcends formerly qualitative appraisal philosophy idea,after all,it is a reasonable perspective in transcending the universalism and the social constructivism appraisal paradigms.
