Effect on Cleaner Production by Waste Treatment Enterprise

As a sort of special enterprises which recycle the waste or treat the waste unharmfully, waste treatment enterprises play a very particular role in Cleaner Production (CP). They have not only a direct effect on CP by recycling the waste or treating the waste unharmfully, but also the effect on CP by influencing the sources of waste, developing and practicing advanced techniques and management methods on waste treatment, and providing the information feedback about the waste so as to affect the management of the waste-creating enterprises and the policy decision of the administration organs.
