Abstract
The activity of seeds, the levels of POD, SOD and MDA content in hypocotyl of seedling were studied with six (JinMian21, JinMian32, JinMian34, Tai91995 and so on) treated with high and high humidity. The result showed that, in the closed circumstance of high temperature (45±1)℃ and high humidity (RH 100%), seed germination and activity of six cotton varieties raised at the beginning, then dropped off as the treating time went on. The changes of POD and SOD in aging three days hypocotyl took a single peak or a double peak curve pattern . The change of MDA content was influenced by the activities of POD and SOD significantly.
