Abstract
Objective To discuss the incidence of Placental Abruption Complicated by Premature Rupture of Membranes during the middle and late period of pregnancy, and its methods and critical points of early diagnosis and treatment. Methods To make a retrospective analysis of 57 cases of placental abruption that treated in our hospital from 2000 to 2012,13 of them are complicated by premature rupture of membranes. To summarize the predisposing factors and symptoms of placental abruption that is complicated by premature rupture of membranes. To analyze the effects of early diagnosis and treatment on the pregnant women and fetuses. Results The incidence of placental abruption complicated with premature rupture of membranes has reach up to 22.8%,and premature rupture of membranes has become the primary determinant of placental abruption. The common clinical manifestations are vaginal bleeding, durative bellyache and so on. Conclusion Premature rupture of membranes has become the most important precipitating factors for placental abruption,in order to ensure the safety of motherhoods and infants,we should observe closely and treat actively in case of the premature rupture of membranes happen and reduce the maternal and infant complications.
