Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of one stage urethroplasty with the longitudinal preputial pedicle tube. Methods 33 cases of children hypospadias were reviewed who were treated by one stage urethroplasty with longitudinal preputial pedicle tube. Results 33 cases with this operation were cured. The complications are less. Conclusions One stage urethroplasty using longitudinal preputial pedicle tube is a preferable method for the treatment to children hypospadias.
