Scientific Journals Should Shorten the Time Lag of Publication

Based on his survey of the publication time lag of recent scientific journals,the author analyzes the prolonged time lag,the possible causes and negative effects and proposes how to improve the editing process and how to establish an efficient censorship system and establish an internal paper exchange system between scientific journals,with reference to his own working practice,to shorten the time lag of publication effectively.
