Research on the Competitive Strategy of 3G Services of Telecom Operators Based on Human Network

The issuance of 3G licenses has broken the previous competitive pattern among telecom operators in China.The competition will become fiercer in the 3G era.In order to help telecom operators to won opportunities in the new competition,this paper first analyzes the status of China's telecom operators,and then undertakes a detailed analysis on how telecom operators make the best use of the real and the virtual human network resources to launch the 3G services successfully based on the basic theory of human network and proposes some competitive strategies.
