Abstract

In order to adapt to the change of employment mechanism, offering guidance courses of employment for college students appears very important.By giving a series of lectures on the thought,policy,technique,psychology and information of employment guidance,we hope to help college students get their jobs smoothly and also to reflect the reasonable matching between people and career.
