The New Ideas of Finance Management in Capital Construction in Universities

Based upon the traditional financial management theories in capital construction,a new approach on strengthening modern finance management in capital construction is proposed.The author of this paper has demonstrated that modern finance management in capital construction is an initiative and active process.The author further suggests that finance management in capital construction should keep up with the times and researches into new management method should be conducted at all times.The purpose of this paper is to provide the theoretical guidance for modern finance management in capital construction in universities today.
