Abstract
To develop an approach for rapid detection of imidacloprid residue in pear, conventional high performance liquid chromatograph(HPLC) was modified. When ODS C18 was used as mobile phase with acetonitirle ∶ water of 40 ∶ 60 (v ∶v),and the wavelength for detection was set at 268 nm,the recovery rates of imidacloprid residue in pear were high from 83.3% to 116.6%,with low relative standard deviation sell than 5.06%.This approach was optimal in detecting imidacloprid rapidly, accurately and effectively.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
