Abstract
There's a common views that there are two kinds of punishment principles in unit crimes in China criminal law. The single punishment principle in unit crimes has some shortages while being applied, such as the indetermination of the standard and the situation of the units in litigation. In order to perfect the law and unify the application of the law, we should partly amend the regulation related to the single punishment principle.
