Improve the Legal System of Food Safety in China

People regard food as their prime want;hunger breeds discontentment.And food also is people oriented.Food is the basic material for human life.In the process of opening up and reform,Chinese food industry faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges.This is because the development of food industry faces many new industrial areas besides the food industrial process.In the process of opening up it has to compete with worldwide trades for food quality and price;as to the domestic consumption areas it is also facing a lot of food safety issues.In some areas food safety has become a big to consumers.Through practicing,it is found that in order to solve the new problem,not only the scientific techniques in food field has to be improved but also the construction of social management related to food safety and national legal system must be paid much attention to.For the national legal system,we must see the fruit of the established legal system,and we also should pay more concern to the existing defects of food safety legal system.Based upon this,improvement of the food legal system and enforcement procedures has to be made.
